Within RBA Financial Group, the Retirement office administers two defined benefit pension plans in which about a hundred First Nations employers are members. The incumbent participates in the administration of these plans, provides expertise related to his or her field of activity and helps establish and maintain an organizational culture oriented towards collaboration and satisfaction of client needs. In all circumstances, he or she acts with tact and diplomacy.

The gross annual salary for this position is between $86,940 and $119,490 and varies according to the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.

Three weeks of vacation time, plus two paid weeks off during the holiday season.
