RBA Financial Group is the NBP Defined Contribution Pension Plans\u2019 sponsor, a defined contribution pension plan<\/strong>. The Plan is made available to First Nations employers who wish to offer an advantageous savings pension plan to their employees. It is a capital accumulation pension plan that provides a retirement income to its participants<\/strong>. At retirement, each participant has an accumulated amount from the employer\u2019s and their own contributions, as well as investment returns accumulated whilst the account was active. Based on personal circumstances and tax and legal rules, participants will decide how to use the accumulated amount for their retirement income.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This type of plan reduces financial risks linked to pension plans for employers while also significantly contributing to the financial security of their employees.
