Assistant will be primarily responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail related to member requests, including scanning, opening requests and managing follow-ups. They will also support the team of advisors in the Employer Services and Member Services departments in their administrative tasks, including travel planning, printing documents, making appointments, etc.<\/p><p>The incumbent will also be responsible for reception in conjunction with the person occupying the position of Assistant to the Actuarial and IT Manager.
