The Native Benefits Plan (NBP) is an Indigenous organization that seeks to be a benchmark in pension fund management and an expert in fringe benefits for First Nations of Quebec. Since its establishment in 1979, the NBP has focused on improving the financial independence of First Nations members.
The job holder performs the daily duties related to communications and to promoting the organization. They take part in distributing information, creating content for social media and organizing various events to promote the organization. They contribute to the organization’s visibility by implementing communication strategies, ensuring the consistency of messages and making sure our design standards are applied.
They help manage internal and external communications and help implement communications and marketing plans. They manage the organization’s social media and website and contribute to creating content for various platforms in accordance with the team’s strategy. They work with the team to ensure that all of the organization’s content meets the design standards. They take part in the various activities of the RBA Foundation and help organize various corporate events.
Based on the required qualifications, the NBP prioritizes hiring and promoting First Nations and Inuit employees. The priority will then be extended to non-native employees, First Nations and Inuit members outside of the organization, and then to the general population.
