Responsibility
The RBA FG is responsible for protecting and securing personal information that it manages, including information that may be transmitted to a supplier providing services for the RBA FG or on its behalf. The RBA FG has established these principles protecting personal information as well as procedures and practices to ensure the security of personal information.

The RBA FG determines the purpose of the collection of personal information, before or at the time the information is collected.

The RBA FG collects, uses, and discloses personal information only with the consent of the person or in accordance with the law.

The RBA FG may only collect personal information for the specified purposes. Personal information is collected directly from the person and can, with the person’s consent or in accordance with the law, be collected from other sources.
Use, communication and conservation
Personal information shall not be used or communicated to third parties without consent for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except if this use or communication is required or permitted by law, including use or communication required for the protection of the interests of RBA FG against civil suits and criminal or fraudulent activities or misappropriation.
The RBA FG saves personal information for the period for which it is required in the execution of the specified purposes, or as required or permitted by law.

The RBA FG makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the personal information collected is accurate and complete for the purposes for which it is used.

If the RBA FG refuses access to personal information, it must provide a reason. Individuals may ask the RBA FG to correct personal information that concerns them. If the information is inaccurate, necessary corrections will be made.
