The Actuarial Services and Information Technology Assistant provides administrative support to the director as well as the staff of the Retirement office. The incumbent will also be responsible for reception in conjunction with the person occupying the position of Actuarial Operations Administrative Assistant.

College diploma (D.E.C.) in secretarial, office automation, administration or other relevant field.
A minimum of one to three years’ secretarial experience, ideally in the retirement field.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office software.
Excellent knowledge of French (spoken and written).
Fluent in English.
Requires confidentiality on all files.
Knowledge of pension plans or finance (an asset).
Knowledge of aboriginal communities (an asset).
Participation in a defined benefit pension plan.
Competitive group insurance plan.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from $51,555 to $70,980 and varies according to the candidate’s experience, qualifications and skills.

Three weeks of vacation time, plus two paid weeks off during the holiday season.
