The job holder, under the Business Development and Customer Service Director’s supervision, supports the customer service department by answering calls and emails, processing participants’ requests and ensuring the follow-up on files. They also help the administration of the department work smoothly, namely by managing communications, mail and documents.

The job holder, under the Business Development and Customer Service Director’s supervision, acts as a technical and administrative resource to support the department. They contribute to the thorough management of files, data and the smooth running of administrative and customer service operations. They also ensure the coordination between responders, the conformity of information and track timetables, in accordance with the standards and policies in place.

The job holder, under the Retirement Committee’s supervision in terms of governance and corporate secretary, and under the Executive Director’s supervision with regards to legal affairs, is responsible for the good governance and legal compliance of all organizations as well as financial and strategic management related to legal affairs. They play a pivotal role in supporting the retirement committees, boards of directors, various committees and management by assuring a consistent, informed and ethical decision-making process. They act as a strategic advisor and legal expert, while ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, operational performance and implementation of the best governance practices. They contribute significantly to implementing the organization’s strategic objectives.
